Kiolbasa recipe kolachy cookies

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
2 cups butter
2 cups vanilla ice cream
4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp sugar
1 egg yolk
Assorted Jam jelly fillings
Powdered sugar to dust 

The mix 
Baked kolachy


Second things steps..

Mix all into bowl and blend well 
Cover and refrigerate 24 hours 
Remove from fridge
Roll out dough and cut into squares 
Fill with jam and fold closed 
Bake 350 for 10-15 mins  
Dust with sugar

Colorful peppermint fudge

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
2 cups cake mix ( I used funfetti style)
2 tbsp cake mix 
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
1 bag white chocolate chips
1/2 cup sprinkles 
1 tsp peppermint extract
                                                                                   Mix

Setting time



Second things steps..

Using brownie pan line with non stick foil spray foil with non stick spray. 
Mix cake mix and powdered sugar in bowl
Add milk and butter (cut into 4 pieces) do not stir 
Microwave 2 mins to melt butter into mix
Remove from microwave and stir well. 
Gently stir in white chips, peppermint extract, and sprinkles
Spoon into pan
Place in refrigerator 2 hours until firm 
Cut

Chocolate chip cookie bars

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter 
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
1 tsp vanilla
2 whole eggs
2 cups chocolate chips
                                                                                                   
Dough

Before 

Baked 

Second things steps..

Preheat oven to 350
Using brownie pan line with non stick foil spray foil with non stick spray. 
Mix all items together in bowl 
Stir in chocolate chips careful not to break 
Pour into prepared pan 
Bake 350 for 35-40 mins

1/4 cup sugar 
2 tsp food color

                                                                                                              

Second things steps..
Separate sugar into bowls (how many colors you want)
Mix food color in each bowl (how many colors you want)
Remove from bowls place on cookie sheet 
Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 10 mins

Salt dough ornaments

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
2 cups flour
1 cup salt 
1/2 cup water 




                                                                                                                            Second things steps..

Prepare cookie sheet with a bit of flour
Mix all ingredients in bowl
Form dough should be firm;but not sticky
Add food coloring to color if you like
Mix dough to blend color
Cut shapes, paw prints, letters,etc
Punch hole in tops with straw
Bake 200' for 2-3 hours. 
Remove from heat
Let cool and string with ribbon
Hang and enjoy

Mint chocolate fudge

First things first
1 can sweetened condensed milk 14oz
3 cups chocolate chips 
2 tsp peppermint extract 
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup butter




                                                                                                                            Second things steps..

Using pan line with parchment paper  
Mix milk, salt, peppermint and chips together in bowl 
Microwave for 5 min stirring every minute until well mixed 
Pour into prepared pan 
Chill 2 hrs in fridge 
Cut

Meringue cookies

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
4 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 cup sugar
( I used green food color) 



                                                                                                                            Second things steps..
 
Prepare cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non stick spray 
Whip egg whites with blender until peaks form 
Add sugar slowly while whipping. 
Add cream of tartar and whip until thicker. 
Mix in food color and whip more
Spoon into frosting bag and pipe onto cookie sheet. 
Bake 225 degrees for 45 mins until tops brown. 
Let cool
Serve

Baked Ravioli Lasagna

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
18 frozen ravioli 
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 bag shredded cheese 
2 tsp Italian seasoning 



                                                                                                                            Second things steps..

Using brownie pan get sauce and spread a thin layer on bottom. Add 9 ravioli. Put sauce on each ravioli. Add cheese. 
Continue layering to top of pan. Top with shredded cheese and seasoning. 
Bake 400f for 40 mins. 
Remove from oven and let cool. 
Slice and enjoy.

Blackberry Belgian waffles

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries 
                                                                                                                            



Second things steps..

Mix all ingredients in bowl 
Whisk well until all mixed 
Spray waffle maker with non stick 
Add batter and cook to maker instructions. 

Enjoy with extra berries on top

Cheesy bacon pasta

First things first
2 cups pasta 
2 cups shredded cheese 
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon 
1/3-4 cup water

Boil pasta in pot with water 
Drain pasta
Stir in cheese, milk,bacon

Monkey bread

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first

3 packages refrigerated biscuits

1 stick  butter, room temperature

1/2 cup cinnamon sugar 

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup cinnamon

1 gallon ziplock bag
                                                                                                                            


Second things steps..

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F and grease a pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Open your biscuit packages and cut each biscuit on cutting board ( I cut each one into 4 squares)
  3. Combine cinnamon sugar and dough in plastic bag, then seal it and shake to mix the two.(let the kids help) 
  4. Once your dough is evenly sugared, transfer pieces to greased pan.
  5. In a microwaveable bowl, melt butter and brown sugar together for 30 seconds. 
  6. Stir sugar into mixture until dark brown, then pour over the dough in your pan. Squish pieces down into the butter mixture so they’re all coated. 
  7. Place pan on a baking tray, then bake for 35 minutes, or until dough is cooked through to your liking.
  8. Remove from oven and invert onto a serving plate.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
( I used a loaf pan and it worked just fine)

Bread Maker Apple Bread

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first

  • 1 cup finely chopped peeled apples
  • 3/4 cup water ( I used apple flavor)
  • 1/2 cup applesauce 
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon cashews 
  • 1/4 cup applesauce 
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons yeast 
                                      

(Mixing in pan)
                                  
(Bread slicing)

                                                    

Second things steps..

Spray bread maker loaf pan with cooking spray. 
Add all ingredients but apples and 1/4 applesauce. 
Start bread maker on medium or sweet option about 3:30 timing. 
At 3:15 timing add in apples and remaining applesauce. 
Let bake and cool when finished. 

Add glaze to top of desired

Crock pot cinnamon cashews

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
2 cup brown sugar 
5 tbsp cinnamon sugar
3 tbsp cinnamon 
2 cups sugar 
1/4 tsp salt 
2 tsp vanilla 
3 cups cashews
1/4 cup water 
( I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top after cooking and before chilling)


                                                                                                       Second things steps..

Spray crock pot with non stick spray. Add in 1/2 cup sugar and cashews then stir. Mix in brown sugar, cinnamon sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and 1/8 cup water in crock pot. 
Cook on low 4 hours while stirring every 30 minutes. 
Stir in 1/4 cup water and let cook 45 mins to achieve crunch. 
Remove and drain very well from crock pot. Set on  parchment paper to cool. 
Once cool wrap in parchment and chill overnight. 

(Note; After fridge I found that these were really sticky so I rolled them in cinnamon sugar to combat it and it worked great and gave it a great crunch)

1 cup canned fruit cocktail with syrup

Using brownie pan spray with non stick or baking spray. 
Mix flour and sugar together in bowl 
Stir in fruit cocktail 
Mix all items together with spoon.

Pour into pan and 
Bake 350 for 45 minutes 

Allow to cool and cut 

(Do not use fruit cocktail with melons)

Egg, bacon & Vienna sausage burrito

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
 
3 eggs
1/8 cup shredded cheese 
2 cans Vienna sausage 
3 strips bacon
Tortillas 
Salt and pepper to taste 
 
 

                                                                                                                                            Second things steps..

Lightly spray frying pan with non stick spray. 

Open and drain sausages, cut into slices rounded. Fry with bacon until cooked. 

Let meats drain on paper towels. Fry eggs in pan. 

Microwave tortillas or lightly brown on gas stove. 

Place flat tortilla on plate and add cheese, meats, eggs and spices. Roll up like a tortilla. 

Serve.
