Mint chocolate brownies

I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????





Well.....If words like “ mint ” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now." Don’t–click away!




Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.





So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
  
1/2 cup  mint chocolate chips

1/4
cup unsalted butter
1
package refrigerated chocolate chunk & chip cookies
1/4
cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2
teaspoon mint extract, if desired
2
eggs
1
to 1 1/2 cups green frosting





 

                  
                                                                                                                                             Second things steps..

Using brownie pan line with parchment paper. 
Melt butter and chocolate chips together in bowl 
Mix all items together and blend with mixer 
Pour into pan and 
Bake 350 for 30 minutes 
Allow to cool and cut

Almond joy candy bar

First things first
 
4 egg whites
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla 
1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup toasted chopped almonds

Lightly grease cookie sheet. 

Mix all ingredients and drop spoonful on cookie sheet 

Bake 350 for 15 mins

Cool and serve.

Crock Pot Bacon Chicken Pasta

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
 
1 lb chicken breasts 
as many slices of bacon as you want
2-3 cloves garlic chopped
11 oz chicken soup , in a can or homemade
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
8 oz or so cooked spaghetti noodles

  1. Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray; place chicken breasts in cooker.
  2.   In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Pour over top of chicken.
  3.   Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 hours or on High heat setting 3 to 4 hours.
  4.   When about 15 minutes are left, cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.
  5.   Just before serving, shred chicken with 2 forks, and mix the chicken mixture with cooked spaghetti.

Fruit Snack Flowers

First things first
 
1 pkg fruit snacks any type works but shapes can work great for parties
1 roll parchment paper 
1 lollipop stick

  1. Cut parchment into 4 inch squares or something close to it
  2. Place 4-inch square piece of cooking parchment paper on small microwavable plate. Arrange 7 fruit flavored snacks on parchment paper in flower shape, edges touching, also known as a circle 
  3. Microwave uncovered on High about 10 seconds just to soften do not exceed soft you wil get goo.
  4. Insert stick about 1 inch into fruit flavored snack in center of flower. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Remove from parchment paper. 
  5. Stick in cute little vase for fun.

Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls Cinnabon Style

So onto the recipe...

 

First things first
 
1 cup warm milk
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1 cup brown sugar
5 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
FROSTING
3 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start.
  2. After the dough has doubled in size turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Roll dough into a 16x21-inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  4. Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
