Crock Pot Ravioli Casserole

Crock Pot Ravioli Casserole

I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????

Well.....If words like “ravioli and crock pot” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away

Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.

So onto the recipe.....

First things first
 Ingredients:

1. 1 tablespoon olive oil
2. 1/2 cup chopped fresh onion
3. 1 whole garlic clove chopped
4. 52 ounces spaghetti sauce ( your choice on kind )
5. 15 ounce can tomato sauce
6. 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
7. 2 packages ravioli ( beef or cheese filled, although cheese can leak )
8. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
9. 1/4 cup parsley.

Second things steps...
1. Spray 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.

2. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat until hot.
3. Cook onion and garlic in oil about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender.
4. Stir in pasta sauce, tomato sauce and Italian seasoning.
5. Place 1 cup of the sauce mixture in slow cooker.

6. Add 1 package frozen ravioli; top with 1 cup of the cheese.
7. Top with remaining package of ravioli and 1 cup cheese.
8. Pour remaining sauce mixture over top.
9. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hours or until hot.

10. Sprinkle with parsley before serving

Now simple disclosure I will on occasion borrow pictures from other sites if I did not take one and I apologize...The above picture came from me I took it !!

Enjoy !!

Love,
