Crock Pot Corned Beef & Cabbage
I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????
Well.....If words like “corned beef” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away
Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.
So onto the recipe.....
First things first
Ingredients:
1.5 pound beef brisket
2. 1 whole cabbage chopped
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
4. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5. 3 tablespoons vinegar
6. 3 tablespoons sugar
7. 2 cups water
Second things steps...
1. Combine ingredients in removable liner with cabbage on top.
2. Cut meat to fit,
3. cut cabbage into chunks.
4. Place liner in base.
5. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours; high 6-7 hours or on auto 6-8 hours
