Bourbon Street Steak Applebees Style

Bourbon Street Steak Applebees Style

I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????

Well.....If words like “bourbon street” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away

Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.

A juicy, tender steak jazzed up with Cajun spices and great flavor

So onto the recipe.....

First things first
 Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup steak sauce

2. 1/4 cup whiskey
3. 1 tablespoon honey
4. 4 whole pounds ribs
5. 2 teaspoons creole season

Second things steps...
1. Combine all the ingredients except the steaks in a baking dish or resalable plastic storage bag
2.Mix well
3. Add the steaks; cover (or seal) and refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
4.  Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the steaks for 12 to 15 minutes, or until desired doneness,
6. Turn the steaks over halfway through the grilling.

Now simple disclosure I will on occasion borrow pictures from other sites if I did not take one and
 I apologize...The above picture came from www.tierneytavern.blogspot.com

This recipe is adapted and duplicated from the Applebees, it is not the official recipe but one i created using the Applebees style as a guide.

Enjoy !!

Love,
 Kiolbasa Style
