Crock Pot Chicken

Crock Pot Chicken

I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????

Well.....If words like “chicken crock pot” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away

Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.

So onto the recipe.....

First things first
 Ingredients:
1. 1 whole chicken

2. 1/2 cup chicken boullion
3. 1/2 cup butter
4. 1 tablespoon black pepper
5. 1 tablespoon salt

Second things steps...
1. Wash your chicken, and remove the innards ( make them dance if you want)
2. Add the 1/2 cup chicken broth to the bottom of slow cooker
3. Turn the slow cooker on low
4. Place the chicken in the crockpot
5. Baste with melted butter
6. Add desired seasonings to taste.
7. Cover and allow to cook in slow cooker on low for 8-10 hrs

** I cover the chicken with salt and pepper, seasoned salt, garlic salt, and sometimes I will quarter a lemon and stuff the inside of the chicken with the pieces. But, it's really all about preference.

Now simple disclosure I will on occasion borrow pictures from other sites if I did not take one and I apologize...The above picture came from me I took it !!!

Enjoy !!

Love,
 Kiolbasa Style
