I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????
Well.....If words like “crunch balls” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away
Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.
So onto the recipe.....
First things first

2. 1/4 cup vegetable oil spread ( not butter)
3. 2 tablespoon honey
4. 1/2 cup rice krispies
5. 1/2 cup frosted flakes
6. 1/2 cup dried apples
7. 2 tablepsoons peanuts chopped
8. 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
9. 4 ounces chopped white chocolate bark
10. 1/4 tsp butter flavored shortening ( not lard)
Second things steps...
1. In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, vegetable oil spread, and honey.
2. Cook over low heat just until melted and nearly smooth, whisking constantly.
3. Stir in cereals, apples, peanuts, and apple pie spice until well mixed.
4. Divide mixture into 18 portions.
5. Using slightly wet hands, shape mixture into balls.
6. Let stand on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet about 15 minutes or until firm
7. In a small pan, combine white chocolate and shortening; cook and stir over low heat
8. Drizzle balls with melted white chocolate.
9. Let stand about 15 minutes or until white chocolate is set (if necessary, chill balls until white chocolate is firm)
Now simple disclosure I will on occasion borrow pictures from other sites if I did not take one and I apologize...The above picture came from www.zomppa.com
