Crock Pot Pork Stew

Crock Pot Pork Stew

I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????

Well.....If words like “crock pot” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away

Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.

So onto the recipe.....

First things first
 Ingredients:

1. 3 whole potatoes peeled and quartered
2. 3 whole carrots peeled and cubed
3. 2 whole beef boullion cubes
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon black pepper
6. 2 pound pork roast cut into chunks
7. 1 jar applesauce 24 ounce size
8. 2 teaspoon seasoning salt
9. 1 teaspoon browning

Second things steps...
1. In a slow cooker, combine the potatoes, carrots, bouillon cube, salt, and pepper.
2. Place pork over vegetables and pour applesauce over the top.
3. Cover and cook on high setting for 4 to 5 hours.
5. Stir in the browning and seasoning salt and serve.

Now simple disclosure I will on occasion borrow pictures from other sites if I did not take one and

I apologize...The above picture came from www.seriouseats.com

Enjoy !!

Love,
