Peppermint Tree Bark

Peppermint Tree Bark

I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????

Well.....If words like “bark” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away

Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.

So onto the recipe.....

First things first
 Ingredients:
1. 1 cup crushed peppermint candy

2. 1 bag white chocolate chips melted
3. 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips melted

Second things steps...
1. Sprinkle about 1 Tbsp. crushed peppermint candies in bottom of 18 mini tree-shaped molds.

2. Spoon white candy melts into a ziplock bag; seal bag.
3. Snip a small corner off bag.
4. Pipe enough candy to cover mints by about 1/2 inch.
5. Tap pan on countertop to smooth melted white candy.
6. Refrigerate until candy is just set, about 5 minutes.
7. Spoon dark cocoa candy melts into another ziplock bag; seal bag.
8. Snip a small corner off bag.
9. Pipe a thin layer of dark cocoa candy melts on top of white candy melts.
10. Tap tray on countertop to smooth.
11. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.
12. Remove candies from tray.

Now simple disclosure I will on occasion borrow pictures from other sites if I did not take one and I apologize...The above picture came from me I took it !!

Enjoy !!

Love,
