Candied Cranberry Bark
I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????
Well.....If words like “bark” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away
Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.
So onto the recipe.....
First things first
Ingredients:
1. 1 tablespoon butter
2. 1/2 cup almonds
3. 2 tablespoons sugar
4. 16 ounces almond bark
5. 1/2 cup dried cranberries
6. 1 tablespoon orange juice
Second things steps...
1. Line 2 baking sheets with waxed paper; set aside.
2. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling; add almonds and sugar.
3. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until sugar melts and almonds are golden brown
4. Quickly spread onto 1 prepared baking sheet.
5. Cool completely; coarsely chop.
6. Melt candy coating in large microwave-safe bowl according to package directions.
7. Stir in chopped candied almonds, cranberries and orange zest.
8. Immediately pour onto remaining prepared baking sheet; spread to 1/4-inch thickness.

11. Store in container with tight-fitting lid.
Now simple disclosure I will on occasion borrow pictures from other sites if I did not take one and I apologize...The above picture came from www.cupcakelane.com
Enjoy !!
