Applesauce Lemon Sugar



I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????





Well.....If words like “aioli” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away

Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.









So onto the recipe.....





First things first
 Ingredients:
1. 4 pounds apples cored peeled and chopped

2. 1 whole lemon juiced
3. 1 whole cinnamon stick
4. 1/4 cup brown sugar
5. 1/4 cup sugar
6. 1 cup cold water







Second things steps...
1. Combine all ingredients in a large, covered pot over high heat. 
2. Bring to a boil. 
3. Reduce heat and let mixture simmer for 25-30 minutes.
4. Remove from the burner and let cool slightly. 
5. Remove the cinnamon stick and lemon peels, then mash the mixture with a mashing tool
6. Serve warm or cold.
