Bacon & Egg Casserole
I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????
Well.....If words like “aioli” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away
Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.
So onto the recipe.....
First things first
Ingredients:
1. 1 whole pie crust refrigerated
2. 8 whole eggs
3. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4. 12 slices chopped and fried bacon (turkey bacon is fine)
Second things steps...
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Press cheese evenly throughout bottom of pie crust
3. Arrange bacon evenly over cheese
4. Break eggs open in bowl and beat with fork
5. Pour eggs over ingredients in pie crust.
6. Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes or until top is light brown.
