Spinach Cheese Balls

Spinach Cheese Balls

I can hear you already going what on earth is that?????

Well.....If words like “balls” make you think, “Ew, weird, clicking away now,” don’t–click away

Avoiding things that sound weird will keep you from enjoying things that taste amazing.

So onto the recipe.....

First things first
 Ingredients:
1. 1 9 oz package chopped spinach

2. 1 cup Bisquick mix
3. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4. 1 whole egg
5. 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
7. 1 cup tomato sauce

Second things steps...
1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
3. In large bowl, mix all ingredients, except pasta sauce.
4. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet.
5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Immediately remove from pan.
7. Serve with pasta sauce.

Now simple disclosure I will on occasion borrow pictures from other sites if I did not take one and I apologize...The above picture came from www.examiner.com

Enjoy !!

Love,
